RESOLUTION NO. 8105 (CCS)
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE CANVASS
OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 1990, BE MADE BY THE
CITY CLERIC
WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election will be held and
conducted in the city of Santa Monica, California, on Tuesday,
November 6, 1990, as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City council desires the canvass of the
election to be made by the City Clerk,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Section 22932.5 of the Elections
Code of the State of California, the City Clerk is ordered to
make the canvass of the General Municipal Election to be held on
November 6, 1990.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall complete the canvass of the
election prior to November 27, 1990, and shall certify the
results of the City council on or before November 27, 1990.

SECTION 3. The city Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
