RESOLUTION NO. 8l45(CCS)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING
SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR THE POSITION
OF CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Effective July 1, 1990, the salary for the
city Clerk shall be $6,013 per month.
SECTION 2: The City shall pay the city Clerk a
performance payment of 7 percent of the annual base salary.
SECTION 3: The benefits accorded to this position
shall be the same as for the members of the Executive Pay Plan
with the exception of the merit bonus pool.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of the Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall in in full force and effect.
