RESOLUTION NO. 7885(CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING APPROVAL
OF THE SENATE BILL 140 APPLICATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The City Council of the city of Santa
Monica is aware of and endorses the Senate Bill 140 Application
("SB 140") .
SECTION 2.
The city council of the City of Santa
Monica is aware of and supports the Rehabilitation of pico
Boulevard from Cloverfield Boulevard to 28th street.
SECTION 3.
The City Engineer of the city of Santa
Monica acted within his authority in submitting the sa 140
Application on behalf of the city.
SECTION 4.
The city Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
