RESOLUTION NO. 7910 (CCS)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING
SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR THE
POSITION OF CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Effective July 1, 1989, the salary for the city
Clerk shall be increased by 9 percent (which represents a 3.9
percent market adjustment and a 5.1 percent C.P.I. adjustment).
SECTION 2: The City shall pay the city Clerk a performance
payment of 5 percent of the annual base salary as established in
Section 1 above.
SECTION 3: The benefits accorded to this position shall be
the same as for the members of the Executive Pay Plan with the
exception of the merit bonus pool.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
