RESOLUTION NO. 8045(CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA REVISING THE WATER CONSTRUCTION
AND CONNECTION FEE
WHEREAS, the City council may establish, amend, or
revise from time to time by resolution the fee to be charged for
any water construction and connection pursuant to Section 7206 of
the Santa Monica Municipal Code: and
WHEREAS, the City desires to establish fees that
recover the cost of increased demand on the water system,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The fee for water construction and
connections to the water system shall be as follows:

SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
