RESOLUTION NO. 7972

(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHKENT AND USE
BY THE CIVIC AUDITORIUM OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT IN
THE NAKE OF AUDITORIUM BOX OFFICE TRUST ACCOUNT
WITH FIRST INTERSTATE BANK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolutions Nos. 4243 (CCS), 4564 (CCS), 5308
(CCS), and 7616 (CCS) be and hereby are superseded.
SECTION 2. That the civic Auditorium of the City of Santa
Monica is hereby authorized to establish an account in the name
of "AUditorium Box Office Trust Account" with First Interstate
Bank upon such terms and conditions as are provided by the
statutes of the state of California governing public deposits.
SECTION 3. That the civic Auditorium Manager, the Director of
Cultural and Recreation Services, the Director of Finance, and
the City Treasurer are hereby authorized to deposit funds in said
account, and to withdraw funds from said account upon warrants
and/or checks signed by an incumbent of said positions with
signature duly certified to such bank by the City of Santa
Monica, and said bank hereby is authorized to honor and pay such
warrants and/or checks so signed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
