A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY AND
SANTA MONICA FIREFIGHTERS,LOCAL #1109 IAFF
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the City of Santa Monica
and the members of SANTA MONICA FIREFIGHTERS to amend the
Memorandum of Understanding;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council does hereby approve and authorize
the City Manager to execute the amendment to the Memorandum of
Understanding executed by SANTA MONICA FIREFIGHTERS,LOCAL #1109
IAFF, a copy of which 1S attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
