A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR PARKING
OVER A PORTION OF PARKING AUTHORITY LOT 11
WHEREAS, the City Council wish to procure an easement to Main Street
for lngress and egress over a portion of property adjacent to Parklng Authority
Lot 11 owned by Perl off-Webster; and
WHEREAS, Perl off-Webster wlshes to procure easements for parking and for
lngress and egress to that parking on a portion of Parklng lot 11; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to grant each other easements for those
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOllOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council authorlzes the City Manager to execute the
attached easement agreement wlth Perl off-Webster.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of thlS Resolutlon,
and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
