A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE ANNEXED PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 3 TO THE LOCAL AGENCY - STATE
AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTIONS AT
COLORADO/OCEAN, OCEAN/HIGHWAY 187, OCEAN PARK
BOULEVARD/21ST STREET, OCEAN PARK
BOULEVARD/25TH STREET AND INTERCONNECT ON
NEILSON WAY FROM OCEAN PARK BOULEVARD TO
ASHLAND AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The C1ty Counc1l hereby does approve the
annexed Program Supplement No. 3 to the local Agency - State
Agreement
with
the
State
of
Callfornia, Department of
Transportation, sett1ng forth the proportionate shares of the
cost of the 1nstallation of traffic signals at the intersections
of Colorado/Ocean, Ocean/Highway 187, Ocean Park Boulevard/21st
Street, Ocean Park Boulevard/25th Street, Ar1zona/26th Street and
interconnect on Ne1lson Way from Ocean Park Boulevard to Ashland
Avenue.
SECTION 2.
The Clty Manager of the Clty of Santa
Monica be, and hereby is, author1zed and instructed to execute
said Agreements on behalf of the City.

SECTION 3.
The C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the
adopt1on of this Resolution and thence forth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
