A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
REAPPROPRIATING FUNDS
FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted an annual budget for
fiscal year 1981-82 on June 9, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the annual budget contained funds for undertaking a
variety of necessary capital improvements projects; and
WHEREAS, several of those projects were not completed by the
end of the fiscal year expenditure authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
noES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following funds are hereby reappropriated to
1982-83 and the budget amended accordingly:
General Fund
Federal Aid to Urban
Sewer Fund
Water Fund
Recreation VOlt Tax
Beach Parking Fund
Capital Improvements Fund
Auditorium Fund
Transportation Fund
Total

Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and henceforth and thereafter the same shall be
