RESOLUTION NO. 6593 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CIry OF SANTA MONICA DESIGNATING CERTAIN
ROADS TO BE IN THE FEDERAL-AID URBAN SYSTEM
WHEREAS) under regulatlons issued by the Secretary of Transportatlon
under the Federal-Aid Highway Act (Title 23 U.S. Code)) the City of Santa
Monica wlth concurrence of the California Department of Transportation) has
been deslgnated to select a Federal-Aid Urban System in this Clty,
NOW, THEREFORE) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Clty Council concurs in and approves the addition
of Ocean Park Boulevard between Cloverfleld Boulevard and Centinela Avenue to
the Federal-Aid Urban System ellgible for Federal-Aid in the Clty of Santa
Monica, State of California, subject to the concurrence of the Californla
Department of Transportat1on and approval of the Federal Highway Administration.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolutlon. and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be 1n full force
and effect.
