THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA M)NICA OOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECI'ION 1. That the City Council hereby does approve the
annexed Program Supplerrent No. 3 to the Local Agency - State Agreerrent
Wlth the State of California, Departrrent of Transportat~on, setting
forth the prop::>rtionate shares of the cost of the ~nstallatlon of traffic
s1gnals at the ll1tersections at Colorado/Ocean, Ocean/H~ghway 187,
CCean Park Boulevard/21st Street, Ocean Park Boulevard/25th Street, and
Ar1zona/26th Street.
SECI'ION 2. That the Cl.ty Manager of the Clty of Santa Momca be,
and hereby is, authorlzed and mstructed to execute sald AgreerrEI1ts on
behalf of the City.
SECI'ION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoptJ.on of this
Resolution and thence forth and thereafter the senre shall be in full
force and effect.
