A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6226
(CCS) AND ADOPTING THE PRICE AND FEE SCHEDULE
FOR PROPERTY AND SERVICE SOLD AT WOODLAWN
CEMETERY AND MAUSOLEUM
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica has previously adopted
Ordinance Number 1013 (CCS) providing for the approval of price
and fee schedules for the sale of property and serVlces at the
cemetery and mausoleum by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, there exists a need to increase the fees
charged for property and service sold at Woodlawn Cemetery and
Mausoleum;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the price schedule for property and
service shall be:

MAUSOLEUM NICHE BURIALS:
The price of each Niche shall be as indlcated on the Niche
Maps on flle in the Cemetery Offlce, and shall range from
$185 to $1,800. A copy of said Niche Maps are attached to
the original hereof and thereby incorporated herein.

BURIAL VAULTS, MARKERS, URNS, VASES AND MISCELLANEOUS
RESALABLE ITEMS:
To cover the total costs to the City for purchase and maintenance
of these items, a charge of three times the purchase cost to
the Cl ty shall be charged.

SECTION 2. That Resolutlon Number 6226 (CCS) is hereby
repealed in its entlrety.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk. shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
