A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA }10NICA
ESTABLISHING A REDEVELOP~ffiNT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE Fl~~ AND A
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REVOLVING FUND WITH THE CITY TREASURER.
IiHEREAS, pursuant to Sectlons 33610 - 33615 and 33620 - 33626 of
the Callfornia Health and Safety Code, the City Council may establish a
Redevelopment Agency Admlnlstrative Fund and a Redevelopment Agency
Revolving Fund within the City Treasury; and
I~REAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monlca has
SlX separate demand deposit bank accounts which are inactive and require
unnecessary administratlve work, and the balances thereof are not being
invested, but could be upon appropriate transfer to the City Treasury,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established within the City Treasury
a Redevelopment Agency Administrative Fund and a Redevelopment Agency
Revolvlng Fund.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on of this
resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
