A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUOCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MJNlCA ESTABLISHING PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED
ZONE AIATACENl' 'IO 527 LINCOlN BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the Cl.ty Councll of the Cl.ty of Santa ~ca has enacted
an ord1nance enablIng ind1.viduals to request parking zones for physically handicapped
person; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a physlcall y hand1.capped
zone; and
WHEREAS, the Parking and Traff1c Eng1.I1Ber has considered the requests
and concluded, based upon the factors stated in the ordinance, that a physically
handicapped zone nay be ll1Stalled at the requested location,
WV, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MmICA roES
RESOLVE AS FO.LLCMS:
SECTION 1. A physically hand1capped zone 18 hereby e8tabl1shed on
the east side of Lincoln Boulevard adjacent to 527 Lincoln Boulevard.
SECI'ICN 2. The Cl. ty Clerk shall cerhfy to the adoption of this
Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the sarre shall be 111 full force and
effect.
