A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 38531
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38531 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Progress~ve Savings and Loan Association,
be~ng a subdiv~s~on for condomin~um purposes of portions of
Lot 4, Block K, The Palisades Tract, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 8, Page 32 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
