THE PERIPHERAL CANAL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEREBY RESOINE ~
SECTION 1. ~esolution No. 5249, urgLng the State Legisla-
ture to pass leqiSlaeiop assuring the early construction of the
Peripheral Canal, is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ~n full force and effect.
