A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37303
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAL~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37303 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Elias and Nassir E. Shokrian and HasheM
Kermani, be1ng a subd1vis1on for condomini~ purposes of portions
of Lots 4 and 6, Block 11, Artesian Tract, as shown on Map recorded
1n Book 4, Page 90 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
