A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 13682
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL'ilE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 13682 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Barry Brewer, general partner in Land-
mark Associates, and Kenneth N. Go1ick and Janet L. Zeiser as
officers in Kenneth N. Golick & Associates, Inc., a general partner
in Landmark Assoc~ates, being a subdivision for condominium pur-
poses of a portion of Lot 22, Block A, Santa Fe Tract, as shown
on map recorded in Book 18, Page 17, Miscellaneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said ~ap this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
