RESOLUTION NO. 6218

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 38475
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38475 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Robert J. and Lynn Tobias and Sandy
Miller, being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 1,
Block A, Ocean Part Terrace Tract, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 6, Page 129 of Maps, and Lots 11 and 12, Block 5, Fountain
Glen Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 7, Page 112 of Maps,
both Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
