CALIFOR~IA, ESTABLISHING VOTI~G PRECINCTS A~D POLLING PLACES,
APPOINTING PRECINCT BOARJ ~15HBERS AND FIXING COMPEKSATION FOR
THE GENERAL ~ru~ICIPAL ELECTIOK OF SAID CITY OK TUESDAY,
APRIL 14, 1981.
WHEREAS, a general municlpa1 election to be held on Tuesday,
April 14, 1981, has been called by Resolution No. 6l52(CC5) adopted on
December 9, 1980;
~OW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MOKICA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. For the purpose of holding said regular general munl-
clpal election, there shall be and are hereby established sixty-five
votIng preciJcts consisting of consolidations of the regular election
preCIncts in the Clty of Santa MO~lca and in tbe Santa Monica-Malibu
UnIfIed School District and Santa Monica Co~munity College Dlstrict
lying outside the City of Santa MonIca, established for the holding of
state and county e1ectlons, as said regular election preclncts exist on
the date of adoption of this resolution. The polling places for the
respective precincts shall be the places hereInafter designated. The
persons hereinafter named, being competent and qualified electors and
residents of said City, are hereby appointed precinct board members
for their respective votlng precincts and shall hold said electlon and
~ake return t~ereof in the manner provided by law.

rental for each polllng place, where a charge is made, shall be tte
sum of $25 for sald election.
SECTIO~ 3. The City Clerk shall certify to tile adoptlon of this
resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
