RESOLUTION NO. 6224

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36261
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the ~ap of Tract No. 36261 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Sui-An Fung, Shu-Nung Fung and Jean C.
Fung, being a subdlvlsion for condO~lnlum purposes of Lot 46,
Austln Heights Tract, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 10, Page 168,
of Maps and a portion of Lot 401 of Towner Terrace Tract as shown
on Map recorded ln Book 8, Page 25, of Maps, both Record of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to tLe adoption
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall
be in full force and effect.
