A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO.40019
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA.a.~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 40019 ln the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by David Bentz Enterprises, Inc., belng
a subdlVls10n for condomlnlUffi purposes of a portion of Lot 248,
Tract No. 1980, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 21, Page 152,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of thlS resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
