A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF S1L~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 12959
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAL"ilTA MONICA DOES RESOVlE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 12959, in the C1ty
of Santa Mon1ca presented by Vernon C. and paul1ne G. Bohannon,
belng a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 19, Block 9,
Chelsea Green Tract, as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 12,
Page 145 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the
same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
