A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37382
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37382 ln the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Charles C. HOll and the Hsueh Company,
both general partners in N~neteenth W~lsh~re Developers, belng a
subd1Vlsion for condominium purposes of a portion of Lot 3,
Block 8, Green Acres Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 9,
Page 126 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of 5a~d Map th~s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
