RESOLUTION NO. 6232

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SA..~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 40301
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 40301 in the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Florence E. Card1ne, Robert B. Voas
and Carolyn M. Voas, owners, belng a subdiviS10n for condoffi1nium
purposes of Lot 13, Serra V1sta Helghts Extension No.3, as
shown on Map recorded 1n Book 10, Page 50, of ~aps, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 15 accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 15 authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
