A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA ADOPTING AND APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS NO. 941
AND DRAWING NO. 5357.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA~TA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certaln document entitled IISpecla1 Provlsions
No. 941~ and that certain drawing entitled IIDrawlng No. 533r~ for the
construction of a street lighting system on Sunset Avenue from Seventeenth
Street to Dewey Street in the City of Santa Monica, under the provisions of
the Improvement Act of 1911 on flle ln the office of the City Engineer and
in the office of the City Clerk of said City hereby are approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
