A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE e~TY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36801
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36801 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Show-Liay Tsu, Chang-Huan Hsueh and
Charles C. Hou, general partners in THH Develop~ent, be1ng a
subd1v1s1on for condom1n1um purposes of Lots C and D, Block 11,
Amended Map of the Town of Santa Mon1ca, as shown on Map recorded
1n Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, 1nclusive, of M1scellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the C1 ty of Santa ~1on1ca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certlfy to the adopt1on
of thlS resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
