RESOLUTION NO. 6281
(City Council Series)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA RESCINDING RESOLU-
TION NUMBER 6224 (CCS)
WHEREAS, on March 24, 1981, the City Council approved
Resolution Number 6224 (CCS) approving the final subdivision map
for Tract Number 36261,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 66452.6 all
proceedings had terminated prior to the approval of the final
subdivision map because of the expiration of the tentative
subdivision map on March 19, 1981,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Resolution Number 6224 (CCS) is hereby
rescinded.
SECTION 2.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of the Map of Tract No. 36261
the rescission of Resolution 6224 (CCS).
SECTION 3.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Los Angeles
County Engineer.
SECTION 4.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
