A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCLL OF THE CITY
OF SA~ITA MONICA AUTHORIZING kMENDING THE
REGULATIONS FOR USE OF THE SANTA MONICA MALL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA!iTA MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECT10~ 1. That the September, 1978 R~gulations for the Use of
the Santa Mon~ca Mall, which are on file w~th the Director of
General Services, are amended to allow the C1ty of Santa Monica

to enter into License Agreements, upon prlor approval 9~ the C~ty
Council, for the use of the open space in the Santa Monica Mall for
open a1r d~ning.
SECTLON 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
~this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
