RESOLUTION NO. 6300
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING SECTION 2A OF
RESOLUTION NO. 1786 (CCS) PERTAINING TO THE
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF
PARKING lOTS ON THE BEACH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection A of Section 2 of Resolutlon 1786 (CCS)
is amended to read as follows:
A. The rates to be charged shall be flxed by the City Manager
from time to time, but ln no event shall exceed three dollars per day.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certIfy to the adoption of this
resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
