A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING A SIDEWALK SHOPPING SALE
BY THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ON THE SANTA MONICA MALL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That in accordance wlth the Santa r10nica
Mall Regulations adopted in September~ 1978, the Chamber of Commerce
may hold a sldewalk shopping sale on the Santa Monica Mall from 9:00 A.M.
to 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, August l5~ 1981.
SECTION 2. That any cleanup over and anove the normal
daily clean-up be done or paid for by the Chamber of Commerce.
SECTION 3. That the SeptemDer~ 1978 Regulations for the
use of the Santa Monlca Mall, which are on file with the Director of
General Services, are to be complied with.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thencefortb and thereafter the same shall oe
in full force and effect.
