A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING
A WATER CONSTRUCTION AND CONNECTION
FEE
WHEREAS~ the City Council may establish~ amend or revise from time
to time by resolution the fee to be charged for any water construction and
connectlon~ pursuant to Section 7206 of the Santa Monlca Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS~ a study indicates the need for additional funds to support
necessary malntenance and capital lmprovements to the water system.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Water Construction and Connection Fee. The fee for
water construction and connections to the water system shall be as follows;

The Dlrector of General Services shall have the authority to set
any fee not covered by the above list.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
