A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COv~CIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA, AMENDING SECTION 2A OF
RESOLUTION N~lliER 1786 (CCS) PERTAINING TO THE
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF
PARKING LOTS ON THE BEACH AND ~mNDING SECTION
2A OF RESOLUTION 5421 (CCS) PERTAINING TO THE
OPERATIONS OF THE PARKING LOT ON THE SANTA MONICA
PIER.
The C~ty Counc~l of the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsectlon A of Section 2 of Resolution 1785 (CCS) lS amended
to read as follows:
A. The rates to he charged shall be fixed by the C~ty Manager from time
to t~me, but ~n no event shall exceed three dollars per day, except July 4th when
the rate shall not exceed four dollars per day.
SECTION 2. Subsectlon A of Sectlon 2 of ResolutIon 5421 (CCS) IS amended
to read as follows:
A, The rates to be charged shall be fIxed by the Clty Nanager from t~me to
t~me, but in no event shall exceed three dollars per day except July 4th when the
rate shall not exceed four dollars per day.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on of thIS resolution and
thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
