A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS
FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TRAINING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Santa
Monica approves the Hazardous Materials Training Contract
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. John H. Alschuler, Jr., City Manager, is
hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of
Santa Monica the Hazardous Materials Training Contract and
any other documents necessary in connection therewith.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tlon of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
