A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE ENGINEERIS
REPORT FOR THE SANTA MONICA CITYWIDE LIGHTING
AND LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, by Resolution Number 6501
( C C S ) , the City
Council initiated proceedings for the formation of the Santa
Monica Citywide Lighting and Landscaping Assessment District and
ordered the Engineer to prepare a report in accordance with
Streets and Highways Code Section 22565 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, the Engineer has
filed the report with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS. the City Clerk has submitted the report to the
City Council and the City Council has reviewed and examined the
report as so submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The report attached hereto prepared by the
Engineer for fiscal year 1982-83 is hereby approved.

SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
