A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHI~G AN APPROPRIATIONS
LIMIT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-83
WHEREAS, the City Council J..S required by Government
Code Section 7910 and Article XIIIB of the California
Constitution
to
establish its appropriatJ..ons limit by
resolutJ..onr and
WHEREAS, documentation used in the deterffiJ..natJ..on of
the appropriations lJ..ffiJ..t has been available to the publJ..c for
fifteen days prior to this meetJ..ng as required by Government
Code Section 79l0r
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
For purposes of Article XIIIB of the
California
ConstJ..tution,
the
CJ..ty
of
Santa
Monica
appropriatJ..ons lJ..mJ..t for the fiscal year 1982-83 shall be
$30,699,971.
SECTION 2.
The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the
adoptJ..on of thlS resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be J..n full force and effect.
