A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 6073
REGARDING TENNIS COURT
RESERVATION RATES
WHEREAS, the C1ty Council adopted Resolutlon Number
6073 (CCS) relat1ng to pol1cies and fees for use of facilities
operated by the Recreation and Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, the tennis court reservation rates re-
fleeted 1n that resolution have been in effect sinee November,
1978; and
WHEREAS, proposed increases 1n these rates were 1n-
eluded 1n the fiscal year 1982-83 budget,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Tenn1S court reservation rates are
establ1shed as follows:
TENNIS COURT RESERVATION RATES
A. Llneoln Park, Santa Monlca H1gh School, Santa Monlca
College tennis courts are reserved.
(1) Hourly rates (payable in advance) for
each person $l.OO
(2) Quarterly pass rates for each person
(payable in advance on January 2, April 1,
July 1, October 1):

Adults under 62 years of age - $20.00
Adults 62 years and older
5.00
Youth 19 and under
2.50
(3) Tennis reservatlon cards
5.00
SECTION 2. Sectlon 2.G. of Resolutlon Number 6073
(CCS) lS repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
