A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING JOHN H. ALSCHULER, JR.,
AND OFFICER GREGORY SLAUGHTER TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS
IN BEHALF OF SANTA MONICA EMERGENCY SERVICES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That the following named individuals are
hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of
Santa Monica, a public entity established under the laws of
the State of California, applications and documents for the
purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Federal
Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended, (public law 920, Blst
Congress, 50 U.S.C. 2251-2297)
