RESOLUTION NUMBER 6530(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN ON-STREET HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, Municipal Code SectLon 3366A authorizes the
establishment of hand~capped parking zones by resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the Parking and Traffic Engineer has found
that sufflcient vehicular activity by disabled persons
exists at 100B 11th street, 1107 21st Street, and 2200
Wilshire Boulevard,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to MunicIpal Code Section
3366A, handicapped parking zones are established on the
streets adjacent to 1008 11th Street, 1107 21st street,
and 2200 Wilshire Boulevard.
SECTION 2. The CIty Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
