RESOLUTION NO. 6547(CC5)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA N~E~DING
THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-83
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the annual budget for
fiscal year 1982-83 on June 22, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Communlty Development Block Grant Program
includes multi-year projects requiring adjustments in prior
year carryover funds; and
WHEREAS, City Charter Section 1506 authorizes the City
Council to amend or supplement the budget by motion adopted by
affirmative votes of at least five council members;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The Community and Neighborhood Services budget,
as a part of the City's 1982-83 Budget, is hereby amended as
follows:
