A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN ON-STREET HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, Munlcipal Code Section 3366A authorlzes the
establishment of handicapped parklng zones by resolution; and
WHEREASt the Parklng and Traffic Englneer has found that
sufficient vehicular activlty by dlsabled persons exists at 1351
PaclflC Street and the south side of Virginia Avenue adJacent to
Edison Elementary School;
NOWt THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 3366A, handl-
capped parking zones are estab11shed on the streets adJacent to 1351
Paclfic Street and the south slde of Vlrginia Avenue adjacent to Edison
Elementary School.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.
