A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA CHANGING THE GROUND
LEVEL ASSIGNED SPACES TO PEm~T ONLY SPACES
IN STRUCTURES 1 THROUGH 6.
WHEREAS, there is a large percentage of lndividuals
purchasl.ng a reserved space and frequently not utllizlng the
space; and
WHEREAS, there lS a problem of enforcing non-authorized
vehlcles parking in reserved spaces;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The asslgned spaces on the ground level of
structure 1 through 6 be changed to Permit Only.
SECTION 2. The effective date shall be January 1, 1982.
SECTION 3. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
thl.S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
