A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 40897
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of' Tract No. 40897 in
the CIty of Santa Nonlca be and the same hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the C,ty Clerk hereby 1S authorlzed
and directed to endorse upon the fdce of sa,d ~ap thlS
order duthenticated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the C,ty Clerk shall certify to the
adopt1on of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
