A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING MONTHLY
PARKING PERMIT FEES FOR PARKING STRUCTURES
1 THROUGH 6.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS fOLLOWS~
SECTION 1. The monthly permit parking fees for Structures 1 through
6 shall be $40.00 per month for ground level spaces and ~25.00 per month for
upper level spaces.
SECTION 2. Parking Permit fees for indlviduals working out of the
parklng structure tax assessment dlstrlct shall be $45.00 per month for ground
level and $30.00 per month for upper levels.
SECTION 3. The effectlve date of the Parklng Permit fees shall be
January 1, 1982.
SECTION 4. The Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption of thls resolution
and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be In full force and effect.
