A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 40018
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~lTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Tha t the Map of' Traet No. 40018 in
the City of Santa Monica be and the same hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S author1zed
and directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this
order authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the
adoption of this resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect#
