A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING THE PERMIT
FEES FOR THE STORAGE OF CRANES ON PUBLIC
PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOllOWS:
SECTION 1. The permlt fees for the use! storage or maintenance of
a crane on publlC property shall be $100.00 per day or fraction of a day
and shall be in addltion to any other permit fees which may be required for
assessbly or disassembly of the crane or for storage of construction materlals
on public property. There shall be an addltional fee of SlOO.OO per day or
fractlon of a day charged for each addltional crane used! stored or maln-
tained on public property.
SECTION 2. The fees establlshed by this Reso1ution sha11 be effec-
tive on the date of Ordlnance Number 1227 (CC5).
SECTION 3. The C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on of this
Resolution! and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
