A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE ANNEXED PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 TO THE LOCAL AGENCY - STATE
AGREEMENT FOR THE WILSHIRE BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTIO~
FROM OCEAN AVENUE TO TWENTY-FIRST STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby does approve the annexed
Program Supplement No.2 to the Local Agency - State Agreement wlth the
State of Californla, Department of Transporation, setting forth the
proportionate shares of the cost of the reconstruction of Wllshlre Boulevard
from Ocean Avenue to Twenty-first Street, and otner pertlnent contract
cntena.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager of the Clty of Santa Monica be,
and hereby 1S, authorized and lnstructed to execute said Agreements on
behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon of thlS
resolution and thence forth and thereafter the same shall be 10 full
force and effect.
