A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 12545
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MOllICA DOES :RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 12545 in the C~ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Jack Sp~ege1man and Jerrold M. Caris,
being a subd~v~sion for condominium purposes of port~ons of Lots M
and ~, Block 115, Amended ~1ap of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown
on Map recorded ln Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclus~ve of r'lisce1laneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the saTIe hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authentl-
eated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. T~at the CIty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force ane effect.
