A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 11723
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel 11723 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Gordon B. and Carney B. McGilvray. as
offlcers ln Gor-Mey West, Inc., belng a subdivision for condominium
purposes of Lot 12, Block 7, of Arcadia Tract, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 16, Page 96 of Miscellaneous Records, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
